EMMANUELLE CAUMONT

Emmanuelle Caumont was born in Paris and raised in Toulouse, France. She immigrated to the U.S. in 1981, blending hospitality training (Hotel Restaurant Management School) with a B.A. in Languages and Philosophy. Since publishing her first novel, Tommy (1985), she has authored a dozen books, including The Real Dish, The Independent Vegan and her latest, Diary of a Serial Cyber Dater. Emmanuelle also writes under the pen name Group B. Now based in Las Vegas, she founded EIGO, Emmanuelle International Gourmet Organization. She is a culinary arts instructor and personal chef who teaches worldwide cuisines emphasizing healthful, responsible eating. Her early work with Slim Chef Catering in San Francisco embedded her lifelong vision that food is medicine.
