Robert Rolland

Robert Rolland is a French mathematician, born in Marseille(France) in 1945, former student of the Ecole Normale Supérieure Cachan. He is Currently Emeritus at Aix-Marseille University, in the "Institut de Mathématiques de Marseille" laboratory. His research area is algebraic geometry, finite fields, arithmetic and applications to information theory, including error correcting codes and cryptology.
