Beatrice Brusic

Beatrice Brusic was born and raised in Bolivia where her first memoir "Beyond the Snows of the Andes" takes place. She emigrated to America when she was seventeen years old, settling in New York and engaging in a life long love affair with the city. She showed her talent as a writer since she was very small, excelling in creative classes at school. Always a voracious reader, she devoured books with a passion but it wasn't till she was an adult that she began seeing herself as a writer. It took many years, however, for her dream to come true because she earned her living as a legal assistant.

Her second memoir, "A Different Journey" has been published both in paperback and the Kindle. This story deals with the birth of an exceptional child and all the challenges and life adjustments a person must make in order to live a fulfilling and happy life regardless of the disability.

"Jill & Mickey, A True Story," is a moving and tender memoir of an extraordinary bird family that touched her life in unexpected ways.

"Six Months of Wonderful," is another memoir of an unforgettable cat. It was a real love affair that enriched her life tremendously.

"Sixty is not the New Forty," is a serious look at the realities of aging, not the fantasies they have been feeding the baby boomers for years. I think young and old will find this book informative.

"A Plunge into Hell" is now available for pre-order and will be released in December. It's a powerful true story about the inability to accept changes and tragedy in our lives. It's about taking fatal, impulsive decisions that ultimately end up destroying us.

"Let's Discuss Different Issues," is her blog and can be viewed on the Kindle. It deals with all kinds of different topics and issues as the name suggests. I think you will find it interesting and worthwhile and hope you'll take a visit soon.
