Philippe Presles

A physician and psychotherapist, Philippe Presles specializes in brief therapies (CBT-ACT-EMDR) and is the author of numerous essays on health. He has devoted his research to the functioning of consciousness to understand its formation and mechanisms. A former panic sufferer himself, he has focused his work on the therapeutic management of disorders related to fear, anxiety, and stress using brief therapies.
