Marilyn Martone Ph.D.

Marilyn Martone, Ph.D. is a senior fellow of the Vincentian Center for Church and Society at St. John's University. She has published her health care work widely in academic journals. In addition to giving many presentations both nationally and internationally, she was the recipient of a NEH Endowment for the Humanities Fellowship on "Justice, Equality, and the Challenge of Disability" in 2002 and the recipient of a Fellowship in Medical Ethics and Disability at Weill Cornell Medical College and the Hospital for Special Surgery in 2007. In 2008 she gave a presentation to the military staff at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Landstuhl, Germany on providing long-term care to survivors of traumatic brain injury.
