Steve Weaver

G. Stephen (Steve) Weaver, Jr. is a Baptist historian. Steve co-edited with Michael A. G. Haykin the volumes "'Devoted to the Service of the Temple': Piety, Persecution, and Ministry in the Writings of Hercules Collins" and a modernized version of Hercules Collins "An Orthodox Catechism." He also co-edited "The Pure Flame of Devotion: The History of Christian Spirituality" with Ian Hugh Clary. An edited and enlarged version of his PhD dissertation has been published by Vandenhoeck & Ruprecht as "Orthodox, Puritan, Baptist: Hercules Collins (1647-1702) and Baptist Identity in Early Modern England."
