Richard S. Lytle

Dr. Richard S. Lytle is a business leader, educator, author, and mentor who has spent his career helping leaders integrate faith, character, and calling with the demands of the marketplace.

Rick holds a Ph.D. and brings a distinctive combination of academic scholarship, executive leadership, and practical business experience to his work. He currently serves as President and CEO of The CEO Forum, a ministry that empowers Christ-following executives and their families to live and lead in the way of Jesus. Through relationships with CEOs and senior executives across the country, Rick helps leaders consider not only how they lead, but who they are becoming and how God might use their influence for a greater purpose.

Before joining The CEO Forum, Rick spent nearly three decades at Abilene Christian University, including serving as Dean of the College of Business Administration for 17 years, where he helped shape generations of Christian business leaders. His career has also included corporate leadership, consulting, teaching, and executive development.

Rick is the author of Abandon the Ordinary and Corner Office, Higher Call, which explores what it means to see the marketplace as a mission field and leadership as a calling.

He and his wife, Jeanne, have two adult children and a growing family of grandchildren.
