B Ayers

B. J. Ayers was born in North Carolina. He is married, the father of three children, and the grandfather of four boys. His first book, Oaths Taken, Commitments Honored was written primarily for his family. Although written as fiction, those who know him personally think otherwise. Oaths taken, Commitments Honored, as he likes to say, was written as he talks, hence another reason for the mystery of the book and the reason behind it. Born in the South, BJ grew up in an extremely patriotic family, which is displayed in the book.

He is a retired executive who now writes and is in the process of writing a second novel, The Long Path Home, due out in the spring of 2012. He is also the author of several poetry books.
