I am a property developer based in Ireland who wrote the story of the Irish Property Bubble from my personal perspective.

I have reflected deeply on the Irish property boom, and its good and bad aspects and I am working on a follow up book to provide an insight into our future through the lens of property and the built environment.

I hope to remain part of the property business and debate and contribute to its future in Ireland.
