Debi Shawcross

Debi Shawcross is a Richmond, VA based Food Stylist, Chef, and Cookbook Author.

A graduate of Arizona State University and California Culinary Academy, Shawcross began her career with the launch of the wildly successful Silver Spoon Desserts of San Francisco. With a move to Richmond, VA, in 2003 she opened Signature Menus, providing specialized cooking classes and supper club instructional sessions.

Food styling is where she found her deepest passion for cooking and love of visual balance. For over 12 years, Debi has been using her culinary skills and artistic talents in stills & motion projects in advertising, packaging, editorial, cookbooks, TV & film, social media and events.

Debi is a repeat guest on Martha Stewart Sirius Radio, and Virginia This Morning. Her first cookbook, Signature Salads (2005)celebrated a third printing. Her second book, Friends at the Table: The Ultimate Supper Club (2011)was featured in Martha Stewart's Everyday Food Magazine, Virginia Living Magazine, RHome Magazine, and Costco Connection as well as on Martha Stewart's Everyday Food blog.

Debi is also available to do on-camera cooking demos and hosting for TV shows, online video and social media content. 

She is ready to travel wherever her next job or collaboration may lead.
