Diane C. Doyle

Diane has been journaling for over 30 years and developed and created Sketchajournals for the right/left brain thinker. As a trained facilitator for journaling Diane C. Doyle continues to develop seminars to help students understand, practice, and embrace the benefits of journaling for personal growth and development. The tools and techniques that are taught to students incorporate the practice of drawing images and using words to create a balanced approach and mix of creativity and logic. Through this system people can increase their ability to problem solve, goal set, or prioritize their thoughts and actions.

The book "How to Journal for Hope and Happiness" combines her two loves, journaling and spirituality together. Diane's expansive Christian background starts with her formation in the Catholic Faith. Catholic and Ecumenical Ministries and interfaith dialogue are key components in her philosophy of living a balanced life. Diane grew up in Saskatchewan and travelled to over 25 countries before settleing in British Columbia, Canada with her husband Don, step daughter Emma and daughter Rebeka. Diane hopes to use journaling seminars and her books as a tool for people to live life without regrets and to be true in living out their authentic self.
