David T. Pisarra

Mr. Pisarra graduated from the liberal arts college St. John's College in Annapolis, MD in 1989, receiving his B.A. in Philosophy and Mathematics, whereupon he set out for the warmth of Los Angeles. In 1995 he graduated from the University of West Los Angeles.

After pursuing a career in the corporate world, he opened the law firm of Pisarra & Grist in 1998. His practice has become focused over the years, as he was drawn to the representation of fathers and husbands in a system that is rarely fair and equitable to men.

Sensing a need he founded the website MensFamilyLaw.com which is a resource for men who need vital information about their legal rights and responsibilities in the family law arena.

He has published three books, A Man's Guide to Divorce Strategy, A Man's Guide To Domestic Violence, and A Man's Guide to Child Custody under the Libero Media banner. In development are books on Parental Alienation - a troubling and devastating reality for many fathers and mothers in today's world, and a book on International Child Custody disputes under the Hague Convention on The Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.

He lives and maintains an active law practice in Santa Monica, Ca.
