Jeff Bursey

Jeff Bursey is a novelist, short-story writer, playwright and literary critic. His reviews and fiction are found in publications in Canada, Britain, and the US. _Verbatim: A Novel_ came out in October 2010 (Enfield & Wizenty) and was republished, with extra critical material, in paperback in February 2018 (Verbivoracious Press); his second novel, _Mirrors on which dust has fallen_, came out in June 2015 (Verbivoracious Press). Both take place in the fictional city of Bowmount, Canada. His literary criticism has been collected in _Centring the Margins_ (July 2016; John Hunt) and _Assume A Position: Considerations and Interviews_ (July 2022; corona\samizdat). In 2020 Bursey's newest novel, _Unidentified man at left of photo_, came out from corona\samizdat, and in 2021 the same publisher issued his short-story collection, _an impalpable certain rest_. c\s titles are available only from the c\s website.
