Cathi Brese Doebler

Bringing 25+ years of experience in meeting facilitation, training, instructional design and coaching, Cathi Brese Doebler has a passion for learning. After working as a consultant through her own business, she became a Senior Consultant at McBride & Lucius for 10 years. Since 2013 she has been a Facilitator of Leadership Solutions at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL).

Previous to consulting Cathi was the Manager of Performance Development at Fiserv, a trainer at Remarketing Services of America (a subsidiary of Daimler-Chrysler), and an instructional designer for the Creative Education Foundation. She has also worked with several colleges, including University of Buffalo, Empire State College, and Erie Community College.

Cathi holds a Bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication from Ithaca College.

Her work as a consultant has included a wide variety of clients, including but not limited to international and/or national level organizations in the following industries: Auto Manufacturing, Aerospace, Gas and electric, Chemicals and materials, Biopharmaceutical, Construction, Insurance, Legal, Paper manufacturing, Real estate, U.S. National, State and County level government, a National women’s non-profit, a State-wide health network, and various other profit and non-profit organizations.
