Els Van Geyte

Els loves teaching, developing teachers, writing, languages, and her family (not necessarily in that order!). She obtained her PhD from the department of English Language and Communication at the University of Birmingham. As a Principal Educational Developer she took a particular interest in quality assurance and inclusive teaching; as a language teacher she wanted to find out more about how people learn and how assessments can be made more effective. She has thoroughly enjoyed developing all her publications.
