J. S. Graustein

JS is Editor in Chief of Folded Word, the author of HOW TO WRITE AN EXCEPTIONAL THESIS OR DISSERTATION (2012, Atlantic Publishing), the co-editor of ON A NARROW WINDOWSILL (2010), and the calligrapher for WASP SHADOWS (2014). She earned her Master of Science degree in Ecology in 1995 and tried out an academic career, but switched to writing and editing after starting a family. She joined Folded Word in 2008. Her poems have been published in a wide range of print magazines, from LADYBUG (preschool-aged, US) to FUSELIT (themed, UK).
