James Cotter

James Cotter was born in Buffalo, New York, a place of ice and snow and cold and good people. He has worked to improve services available to older people for thirty-five years. He has a Master's degree in History from the University of Buffalo and a PhD in Health Services Research from Virginia Commonwealth University. He has published numerous articles about social science and health issues and a few short fiction pieces. The "Bridge Over the Bering Strait" is his first novel.
