Daniel Tucker

Daniel Tucker is an artist, author and organizer living in Philadelphia who has contributed to numerous books, many journals/magazines and exhibition catalogs and artist monographs. Tucker co-authored “Farm Together Now: A portrait of people and place for a new food movement (Chronicle, 2010) with Amy Franceschini, has also edited a volume focused on the intersection of art, ecology and ethics entitled "Immersive Life Practices" (School of the Art Institute of Chicago, 2014) and “Lastgaspism: Art and Survival in the Age of Pandemic” (Soberscove, 2022 - with Anthony Romero and Dan S. Wang). He has the unique distinction of having his books picked as both the “best food book of the year” (Michael Pollan in Grist, 2010) “best art book of the year” (Nancy Zastudil in Hyperallergic, 2022).
