Serena Phillips

Luci, the Fairy, and Theodore, the Dragon, have adventures with their forest friends. This fun, educational book uses SAT Vocabulary Words to describe the characters and their adventures and all the pronunciations and definitions are at the back of the book.

Serena Phillips was born in Brooklyn, New York to an Italian mother and a Polish, English, Russian father. She now resides in Las Vegas, Nevada since 1989. As a young girl, Serena loved to draw and write. For the last 16 years, Serena has been working as an accountant but has always had the love of reading and writing and a passion for art. Vocabhallow was self-published and she hopes to make a week to week series for fifth, sixth and seventh graders to help them learn new vocabulary in a fun way. Joining Toastmasters and volunteering to speak to children about education through PAYBAC (Professionals and Youth Building a Commitment) was her inspiration to write her first children's book.
