Thomas Huff hails from Silver Spring, Maryland. His technical work appears in books published by McGraw-Hill, he has written numerous movie reviews as a staff reviewer for the movie site BlownPotential, and a pair of his short stories are included in the anthology Horrific Fables which he also edited. His latest book is a collection of Halloween stories, poems, and essays that tackle the holiday from just about every angle.
Thomas is an avid snowboarder and hiker. He is a licensed skydiver and a certified SCUBA-diver. He is also the co-creator and former co-host of the radio show MetalWorx. In his spare time he enjoys going to freak shows, tracking down local legends, lore and oddities, going to underground punk rock shows, organizing zombie walks, snowboarding, hobby gaming, watching B-movies, playing guitar, pulp sci-fi, and attending events hosted by the Poe House in Baltimore. He graduated first in his class from Johns Hopkins University with a master's degree in 2001.
