Bill Mc Neice

Bill Mc Neice is a native of Arlington, Virginia, just outside the Nation's Capital. In 2010, he retired from 25 years of programming computers for the Federal Government. He now spends his days in a local Starbucks getting high on quad-shot espresso drinks. He enjoys writing poetry and novels. He refers to his novels as "inner-city fantasies", in which unusual things happen to ordinary people. He's out to prove one can write a good fantasy novel without including dwarves, elves, wizards, or dragons.
