Joe Carroll

Joe Carroll is Vice-President, Human Resources for IST Management Services headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. He is also a career coach, author and international speaker. He has over 20 years’ experience in human resource management and is certified as a senior professional in human resources by the Society for Human Resource Management. He is also a certified career coach granted by the Institute of Career Certification International and the Career Coach Institute. Joe is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Institute of Career Certification International.

Joe is also a member of the International Coach Federation, the Association of Career Professionals International and the National Resume Writers Association. Joe has published numerous articles on recruiting and career management in magazines such as the Facility Management Journal, Business To Business, Legal Management, and Human Resource Information Management. He is also author of How You Get a Great Job in 90 Days or Less.

Joe was born and raised in Flushing, New York. He earned his bachelor’s degree in English from Queens College and his MBA from the College of Insurance (a division of St. John’s University) in New York City.
