Jason Wittman M.P.S.

Jason Wittman has both his B.S. degree in business management and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Cornell University. He is a Certified, Level IV, Addictions Counselor, an Internationally Certified Clinical Supervisor, and has been a life, mentor, and sober coach since the early 1980s.

In his private practice as a Counselor and Coach, he focuses on coaching and advising business and professional clients, who are recovering from alcoholism and addictions to work and live at their exquisite best. He specializes in the enhancement of self-esteem/love, the lack of which is the root cause of all addictions, the Imposter Syndrome, and most everything else.

He has assisted countless clients walk through the trials, tribulations, and joys of their lives: Hollywood celebs that needed assistance with stage fright and with the fears and hassles that quick success and fame can bring; executives on how to better work and communicate with their employees and bosses; parents of Teens and Young Adults teaching and coaching effective parenting. Jason’s coaching has been credited with being the critical factor that allowed them to successfully walk through difficult personal relationships and transitional times in their lives. He has an ability to intuitively know the “rest of the story.” That and his skill as a certified hypnotherapist and Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner serves his clients well. Because he coaches the “inner game,” he is regularly called on to assist clients who are having problems with getting their insides, their self-esteem, in sync with their high-performing, high self-confident outsides.

As pioneer in the recovery field, Jason career started in 1971, when, while still in grad school, he founded and ran a residential therapeutic community for drug addicts and alcoholics. He has been counseling and coaching people in varying stages of recovery and in many different therapeutic settings ever since.
