Carolyn Woods

Carolyn Woods is a professional organizer and member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). Carolyn owns Totally Tidy Household Organizing, LLC. She is a frequent speaker on organizing topics at public events and in private workshops.

Her humble beginnings as an organizer started at age 10 when she organized office files for her mother’s friend in exchange for a homemade lemon meringue pie. In high school, she offered closet organizing services as a summer job. Many years later, when organizing programs premiered on television, Carolyn recognized the market for her natural organizational talents. She established her residential organizing business in 2004.

With two preschoolers at home, Carolyn began her organizing business focusing on families with children. She works evenings and weekends with her organizing clients throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area, as she has a full-time career in marketing communications.

Carolyn has a bachelor’s degree in political economy from the University of California at Berkeley and her masters in business administration from Santa Clara University.

A native of California, she now lives in Gilbert, Arizona with her husband and two children. Her other passions include travel, cooking, reading, scrapbooking, gardening and hiking with her family. Organizing Solutions for Every Quilter is her first book.
