Dolores A. Kelly

Dolores A. Kelly, Ed. D. is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University with a B. S. in Education and a Master’s in Administration & Leadership. She’s also a graduate of Immaculata University where she earned her doctorate in Administration & Leadership. She has taught a variety of courses in elementary education teacher preparation for many years. In addition to a diversified academic teaching and mentoring portfolio at the elementary, high school, and baccalaureate levels, she has extensive experience in creating and leading customer service seminars in education and business.

As an educator, Dr. Kelly has managed and supervised extensively student teachers; coordinated field placements for teachers; advised graduate students on research and educational coursework, and has led leadership courses for adult learners and continuing education participants. She has developed customer service training and courses for those working or seeking careers in the travel, tourism, and hospitality industries. At one time, she supervised such training for Northwest Airlines Inc. through their Philadelphia offices.
