Andrew Neitlich

Andrew Neitlich received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1991 and is the founder and director of the Center for Executive Coaching (http://centerforexecutivecoaching.com), a leading coach training organization.

The Center for Executive Coaching has been training coaches for a decade and is an Approved Coach Training Program (ACTP) with the International Coach Federation and also approved to provide training hours for the Board Certified Coach (BCC) certification. Members include professionals who have held leadership roles in many organizations, including FedEx, Aflac, Microsoft, Cisco Systems, Ascension Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, the United States Air Force, Florida Institute of Technology, University of Minnesota, the United States Department of Defense, Macy’s, the NBA, and Deloitte Consulting. Andrew also developed the Coach Master Toolkit, a library of practical, results-driven coaching methodologies. He has trained over 1,000 coaches around the world.

In addition to leading the Center for Executive Coaching and running a full leadership coaching practice, he is the author of the following books: Elegant Leadership: Simple Strategies, Remarkable Results; The Way to Coach Executives; Guerrilla Marketing for Coaches; and Guerrilla Marketing for a Bulletproof Career (both with Guerrilla Marketing founder Jay Conrad Levinson).

Andrew lives in Sarasota, Florida with his family and plays lots of tennis.
