Jogi Rippel

Jogi Rippel is the co-founder and CEO of Tignum AG – Institute for Sustainable High Performance – an international consulting and coaching firm with offices in Switzerland, USA, and Germany (www.tignum.com).

Tignum works with executives, managers, and teams to reach two primary goals: first- improving performance through building high energy, effectiveness, and brain-agility; and second- increasing sustainability through building resilience to workload, setbacks, and illness. Among the Tignum clients are leaders from Fortune 500 companies such as Unilever, IBM, Novartis, AstraZeneca, FedEx, Accenture and adidas.

Jogi is a frequent speaker regarding the need for sustainable high performing leaders in the business world, as well as a guest lecturer at the leading international business school, IMD, in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Prior to founding Tignum, Jogi led a consulting firm that specialized in communication, innovation, and change, where he collaborated on and implemented strategic projects and product launches throughout Europe, Japan, and the US for various global brands. However, after co-founding an international project for cancer prevention and cancer coaching, Jogi realized that helping business leaders achieve their full performance potential was his passion.
