Marty Gould

Born in Bakersfield, California (1972) Marty Gould received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Tulane University. He holds MA degrees from the University of Arkansas and the University of Mississippi. He was awarded a PhD from the University of Iowa in 2004. He is now Assistant Professor of English at the University of South Florida, where he teaches courses in Victorian literature. His current research focuses on adaptations of nineteenth-century fiction.
