Hans-Heiri Stapfer

Hans-Heiri Stapfer is a Swiss author and has most of his books written for the American publishing company Squadron/Signal. He is focussing on Soviet aviation and his first book on Yakovlev fighter aircraft was published in 1987. Stapfer was born in 1962 and is living on the Lake of Zurich. He is addicted to BBQ, his outdoor kitchen is a smoker. Stapfer runs his own bar, dedicated to aviation - the "Kamikaze". Hans-Heiri Stapfer is now working on a book on American built aircraft operated by the Third Reich.
