Janice Holly Booth

Born in British Columbia, Janice Holly Booth is a lifelong equestrienne and avid solo traveler. She has published fiction, short stories, literary criticism and poetry, although she stopped writing poetry in 1980 as "a humanitarian gesture." Her occasional travel series in the Gaston Gazette entitled "On Adventure with Janice Booth," chronicled her off-the-wall adventures (and a few misadventures) and inspired many of her readers to summon courage and have adventures of their own. She is also an accomplished photographer and has spent the last 20+ years as a non-profit CEO working in service of children. Between adventures, Janice is now a full-time writer, speaker, and full-on Adventurista.
