Henry Ralph Carse

Dr. Henry Ralph Carse is a writer, pilgrim theologian and peace activist with over forty years of experience living and working in the Middle East. Originally from Vermont in the USA, Dr. Carse began his pilgrim journeys in 1970 with a voyage to Jerusalem, where he began his biblical and theological studies. Over the years, Dr. Carse has taught in academic and pilgrimage contexts, with focus on radical pilgrim theology, interfaith dialogue, interfaith peace activism, and especially wilderness mystical theology in practice. He is the Founder and former Executive Director of Kids4Peace International (www.k4p.org) and the author of several books on theology, peace activism and the mystical way.
