Peter Fowler

Peter Fowler is a retired commercial (Hawaiian Airlines) and military (US Air Force) pilot, a veteran of WWII. He moved to Rosarito Beach, Baja California, Mexico, in 2005. He did some research on what he needed to learn about living in Baja and joined Professor Marsh Cassady's Baja Writers Workshop. He became a staff writer for the Baja Times and published his findings therein. He then put the information in the form of a pocket size quick-reference paperback, Good Info for Gringos Living in Baja, now in it's 3rd edition. It is available at Amazon as a paperback and via Kindle.
