Paul Sorgule is a seasoned veteran of the food industry with decades of experience as a chef, manager, culinary educator, college administrator, author, blogger, and industry consultant. In 1988 he was awarded a gold medal in the International Culinary Olympics and in 2001 National Culinary Educator of the Year.
