Lori Carter

Lori is currently an Instructional Specialist working in Prince George's County, Maryland for the Office of Library Media Services. She holds a Masters degree in Library Science from the University of Maryland and is a National Board Certified library media specialist. Lori is also an adjunct professor for National University, La Jolla, CA and McDaniel College. Her educational interests include e-learning, technology integration and information literacy. She resides in Maryland.
