Keith Andrew Perry

Keith Andrew Perry spent over 20 years in D.C. politics as an Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner, Democratic Committeeman, Mayoral appointee, political strategist and candidate. He served as Chief of Staff to Former D.C. Mayor Councilmember Marion Barry and is the author of the newly released and critically acclaimed literary thriller WAR ANTHEM. Perry is an alumnus of the prestigious Morehouse College and the historic Howard University School of Law and was selected as a winter 2009 fellow of the Center For Black Literature at Medgar Evers College. His non-fiction has appeared in the National Minority Business magazine and he is highly sought after for his public speaking and political commentary. He lives with his wife on Capitol Hill in Washington and is currently working on the second installment of his "gentrification cycle" of novels, DOUBLE NEGATIVE.
