Natalie is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at the ACC level. Her formal education includes an MBA in Marketing from Baruch College, CUNY; a Masters in Finance from the esteemed Cambridge University on a full scholarship; and a magna cum laude B.S. in Accounting & Economics from Rutgers University.

Natalie was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago and resides in Howard County, Maryland with her cat Trinity. She loves singing aloud and jamming to her favorite tunes on her frequent outdoor walks.
