Gillian Andrews lives on an island in the Mediterranean, is passionate about cosmology and writes upbeat sci-fi adventures set in deep space and unknowable worlds.

Her advice to new authors is to keep on writing, come what may. "Your books may even have a longer shelf life than you. Who knows? Those words you liked so much may be read by future generations long after you have been turned back into stardust!"
