Donna M. Kshir

Donna M. Kshir is a child rights activist. Donna has been instrumental in advocating for 1.) Conner's Law - Kentucky strengthening safeguards for children, 2.) Zero Tolerance Law initiative, aiming to end leniency for abusers, 3.) a Public Child Abuse Registry in Pennsylvania with Rep. Aaron Bernstine. 4) On February 24, 2026, Donna submitted a proposal to PA State Rep. Stephanie Borowicz to gain her support for a Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act in Pennsylvania.

In addition to her activism, she is the author of For 30 Minutes and A Story of Survival, a publisher, podcaster, educator, and columnist, having been featured in over 50 publications. Donna’s mission is to seek truth and justice for children who have been exposed to abuse, and she is vocal in her writings and speeches against these injustices.

Donna founded Advocates United for Humanity. She hosts several podcasts with friends Lee Cougardawn Roberts and Laurie Ann Smith. Their shows discuss various social issues like mental health, addiction recovery, disabilities, and women's health.

On September 4, 2024, Donna met with Laurie, Lee, and PA State Rep. Aaron Bernstine to discuss her proposal for the public child abuse registry. Rep. Bernstine expressed his enthusiasm for the idea, stating, "Yep. Absolutely, and I thank you once again for bringing it to our attention and allowing us to do the honor of picking up this mantle... to address these issues that will ultimately have a positive effect on so many kids and parents across this Commonwealth, that is imperative."

Additionally, she honors her late maternal grandmother by using the pen name Gladys Caroline, creating art and photography. For the children in her faith-based classroom, Donna hosts a podcast called The After-School Kids Podcast under the pen name Miss Donna, aiming to inspire and educate young minds.
