MEOMI is Vicki Wong and Michael Murphy. They are the creators of the Octonauts.

Their artwork has been featured in numerous illustration and design books, while their characters have appeared in clothing, toys, and merchandise worldwide. They are the designers of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic mascots (Quatchi, Miga, Sumi, and Mukmuk).
