Ken Pasch, founder and president of Ki Visions, Inc., a leader development company, has worked with the United States military, corporations as global as Johnson & Johnson and local as self-owned small businesses in implementing a leadership road map based on his proprietary 7 part series, Living With the Consequences. Ken is host of the syndicated radio program, "Unlock Your Full Potential...Today!", which focuses on Leadership, Motivation and Life in the workplace. Ken is a member of the faculty at the Pennsylvania State University and a retired Lt Colonel in the United States Air Force where he served proudly and with distinction.
