As a professional southern son of the Appalachian Mountains, I have more varied experiences and educational studies than almost anyone. Can you find someone who can compare with what I have achieved or at least attempted with some level of success? I am a retired US Army Colonel, former university/college faculty member who taught medical laboratory academics. As a registered nurse, a real estate licensee adept at painting with oils and acrylics, I incorporate all of this into my books, creating scientific reality along with amazing imagery and psychology. Oh yes, I almost overlooked this fact. I have a Ph.D. in Health and Human Services, with an emphasis in psychology, and have helped in starting a small business in my spare time. Now I even write, and I believe I have eight books in publication, some as a traditional author.
