Stephen Todd Walker has over 20 years finance experience.
Work Experience:
Most recently, Stephen Todd Walker joined the prestigious investment banking firm Oppenheimer & Co, in Philadelphia, as a Managing Director. There he advises both high net worth clients and institutions.
Prior to this, he was a Senior Vice President, Corporate Client Group Director for Global Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley. While at Morgan Stanley, he was named a member of the prestigious Chairman's Group in recognition of outstanding achievement. Mr. Walker works with many CEO's of large publicly traded companies as well as entrepreneurs from privately held growth companies and also advises family offices. His clients include Forbes 400 members as well as some of the most affluent families around the world. He assists clients in the identification and assessment of relevant investment opportunities, both internal and external to Morgan Stanley.
Alex Brown- Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he served as a Director of Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, Deutsche Bank's North American investment banking and brokerage business. He was one of the youngest Directors in Alex. Brown history and one of the top wealth managers in the country. While at Deutsche Bank, he managed large corporate cash accounts and retirement plans of both private and publicly traded companies for the bank's Global Investment Banking division. In addition, he handled large restricted stock transactions for global corporations and ultra high net worth clients.
Education:
Mr. Walker holds an MBA degree in finance from Temple University's Fox School of Business and Management and a BA degree in English from Kenyon College. He completed the Philadelphia Municipal Bond School and a three-year finance course conducted by the Wharton School at the Securities Industry Institute, sponsored by the Securities Industry Association.

Philadelphia Business Journal- He was named to The Philadelphia Business Journal's "Forty Under 40," which honors the top young entrepreneurs in the Philadelphia area.
Real Philly- RealPhilly wrote an article about Mr. Walker entitled "Managing risk has its reward."
Philadelphia Business Journal- He was also featured in The Philadelphia Business Journal's (October 3, 2008) issue entitled "Winner's Circle: Top Wealth Advisors" which presented the top twenty-five wealth managers in the greater Philadelphia area culled from the 7,000 advisors in Pennsylvania & New Jersey who are employed by national and international securities firms. He was also named as one of the top 25 "Wealth Advisers" in The Philadelphia Business Journal 2009 Book of Lists.
Barrons- On February 9, 2009, Mr. Walker was named byBarron's as one of "The Top 1,000 Advisers" in the United States.
Charities:
Mr. Walker serves as a Director of the Board of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Montgomery County and is involved with many other charitable organizations including the Boy Scouts of America, Red Cross, Philadelphia Art Museum, Philadelphia Zoo, Philadelphia Orchestra, Franklin Institute, and United Way. He serves on the Board of Directors for The Space Shuttle Children's Fund, a non-profit organization and the Please Touch Museum for Children. He is also a member of various clubs including The Merion Cricket Club, Pyramid Club, Union League of Philadelphia, Ocean Reef Club, and Yale Club. He and his wife, Dorothy, reside in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania.
