John Maerz

John Lawrence Maerz is an author, instructor and professional speaker with specializations in esoteric studies and psychology. His extensive background in metaphysical discipline includes astrology, tarot, numerology, I-Ching, energy work, martial arts, psychic development and mediumship.

Mr. Maerz has worked as a case manager with teen substance abuse, in child protection services and is a seasoned counselor with diverse experience in the field of human potential. He incorporates and integrates personality influences, shadow work, nutritional needs, creative expression and personal desires while uncovering his client’s motivations, innate abilities and potential.

Mr. Maerz co-owned and successfully ran the ASTROLOGICAL INSTITUTE of INTEGRATED STUDIES (1983-2017) in New York and Florida and STARCHILD NEW AGE BOOKS in Port Charlotte, Florida (1995-2005). He is dedicated to emphasizing the importance of maintaining personal accountability and challenges his students and clients to actualize their spiritual maturity by following their own personal values in their life experience.
