Whitney Moss

Whitney Moss is one half of the writing team known online as The Rookie Moms.

After her first child was born, she and best friend Heather Flett, also a new mom, brainstormed hundreds of activities to do with a baby in tow. What started as a blog became The Rookie Mom's Handbook: 250 activities to do with (and without!) your baby.

The Rookie Moms now have 5 children between them and the blog is updated daily.

In 2012, Stuff Every Mom Should Know comes out and joins the STUFF series published by Quirk Books.

The Rookie Moms also contribute to Giggle.com, BabyCenter.com, ClosetFactory.com, and other sites for parents.

Whitney lives with her husband and two children in Berkeley, CA. She is a graduate of Barnard College at Columbia University.
