Howard Jacobson, PhD is coauthor, with Peter Bregman, of You Can Change Other People; coauthor, with Josh LaJaunie, of Sick to Fit, and contributing author to T. Colin Campbell's WHOLE: Rethinking the Science of Nutrition and The Low Carb Fraud, and Proteinaholic, by Garth Davis, MD.

Howard is Director of Coaching at Bregman Partners, Head Coach at the Healthy Minds Initiative; co-founder and Lead Instructor at the WellStart Health Coaching Academy; and host of the increasingly popular Plant Yourself Podcast.

Howard is a member of Marshall Goldsmith's 100 Coaches initiative, and is an Expert Advisor to the True Health Initiative.

His hobbies include running impressively long distances, playing stringed instruments so well that people do not leave the room when he begins, Systema (Russian Martial Art), Ultimate Frisbee, and cutting things with a really badass compound miter saw.
