At 4ft 11 ¾ inches, Penny is as tall as a nine-year-old and, just like her adhered insides, her use of imagination is creative and will stick with you.
"Prince Percival's Pesky P.A.N.T.S!" is Penny's debut Children's book. She is currently writing her health memoir about her battle and journey with severe Endometriosis and IVF, which will be open, honest, and contain revelations that are usually kept quiet and hidden. After which, she plans to create the second installment of Prince Percival's adventures.
Penny also writes short stories, poetry, and articles.
Her children's short story "Splodglys and Tiddlers" has been globally published in "Glittery Literary Cherished Children's Story Anthology: Volume One - April/May/June 2021." She was also a winner of the online competition "Serious Flash Fiction" in 2021. A short story of hers has been included in the 2022 anthology "Making Our World Better."
The prologue of her memoir has been published in the following two anthologies: "Good Girl, Bad Period" and "Venus Rising."
Her articles, including "The Secret I Tried to Hide" have been published on the online blogging site medium.com.
Penny was commissioned to write a poem for a local event, which is on permanent display. She also wrote and gifted a poem to the Mankind charity and to the charity ROTHACS (Rotherham Abuse Counselling Services), the second of which has put the poem on permanent display in their reception waiting room.
Due to her health, it takes Penny a long while to attend to her creative writing, but enjoys it when she gets the chance. Her two-year-old dog, Monty, keeps her company, as well as her love of music and the television shows "Columbo," "Midsomer Murders," and "Lewis."
