Berend Breitenstein

Berend Breitenstein was born on June 11, 1964. He lives in Wietzendorf, Germany. Berend has been a natural bodybuilder since he turned 13 years old. His first contest was the Mr. Hamburg Junior Championships in 1979. When he turned 50 in 2014 he got into the finals of the Natural Bodybuilding World Championships for athletes over 50 years of age.

Berend has written 21 books in the German language about drug-free bodybuilding. Most of his books can be found throughout Europe for example in the Netherlands, in Italy and Spain.
