Managing Director and Owner of "PRAMMER BERATUNGS KG Viennese School of Organizational Consulting", Senior Researcher at "University of Klagenfurt", Lecturer at "FH Burgenland" as well as at "incite DIE UBIT.AKADEMIE of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce" and other organizations, Member of the “ecm Advisory Board at University of Applied Arts Vienna".

He worked for several years as a manager in the field of organization and information in Switzerland. Now Karl Prammer lives in Austria.

He has worked for more than three decades as an organizational consultant /trainer/coach, researcher/scientist, lecturer and author in the field of organizational development. His specialty is the conception and support of organizational development and change processes with a resource-efficient participative approach, the "TransformationManagement".
