Prof. Dr. Rödiger Voss combines solid scientific expertise with a practical approach in his roles as Professor, Coach, and CEO. His focus lies in promoting education and media literacy, as well as conveying complex content in an accessible manner. As a scientific coach, he supports individuals in successfully achieving their academic and personal goals.

With the publication of 15 specialist and non-fiction books, including "Academic Writing," "Surviving the Study Jungle," and "Business Administration Compact," he consistently pursues the goal of presenting scientific knowledge in a clear and practice-oriented way. Clear language, numerous practical examples, and concrete application tips characterize his publications and make them accessible to a wide readership.

He is particularly committed to teaching and learning management at various educational levels. As Head of the Competence Center for Business Education at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences Switzerland, he purposefully applies his experience to build bridges between science and practice. In addition, Rödiger Voss is the managing director of a medical company and is dedicated to the further development of modern educational and learning concepts.
