I absolutely believe that we are entering a new wonderful era in human history.

Each of us is being called to rebuild every institution and business so that they will be function at a much better and higher level. Thus I was inspired to write this book when I saw the destruction being done by many Wall Street executives and bankers. The old ways are not working for us at all. We need out of the box thinking and inspired action. With 30 years of experience working with a huge variety of businesses, non profits, government organizations and families I gained a wide range of experience that I wish to share. I also have spent four days with Don Alejandro the grand elder of the Mayan people, and the Day Keeper of the Long Count Mayan Calendar that is part of the 2012 prophesies. They tell us that we are ending a 5125 year cycle and entering in a new cycle that will usher in a golden age of peace and prosperity. We are being called by the universe to heal ourselves, our businesses, our institutions and Mother Earth. For those who do not listen the earth will not likely be a hospitable place to be. We can already see the extreme increasing intensity and volatility in financial and weather patterns. We are being called to cooperate to create together a wonderful future.
